Alright i'm new so here it goes. Well i need some help making a new control arm. The rock gods decided that 4 was to many and at the end of the day i was down to 3. I looked up a replacement for RE but they have changed their style of long arm kit and i would have to change all 4 control arms. So does anyone in the salem area want to give me a hang helping me with making a new one. well actually make one for me and let me learn a few things. i have only welded a handful of times so i am need someone who is confident with their welds. any help would be great

i can build shoes a control arm as long as shoes've got the broken one still.
it would be nice to reuse the ends or atleast build some similar.
only problem is i'm in the middle of moving my cousin and then moving me.
can shoes maybe post a picture of it so i can see whats broken?
that would give me a clue as to how long it would take to fix or make a new one.

i've heard that there are better long arm kits that the RE. i'll check on it for shoes.
maybe i was mistaken the other day but i thought shoes said shoes were going to put the 350 in your red jeep?
what kind of starter rig are shoes looking for?
something with no motor? or a driver?
do shoes need axles or any running gear at all?
does it have to be pretty!
oh and i moved your truck to the swap invade section.
shoes're welcome ;D

In some ways it sounds like a good plan, how ever when it comes to XJ's shoes are way better off with one that has a straight frame (uni-body)
